Sometimes I can't even get through to reception.

One doctor says one thing, and the next time I get a different message from a different doctor (via a receptionist). Rarely get to speak to a doctor, so cannot discuss things.

I have agoraphobia, but a doctor refused me a home visit, and I was told I could not have my ears syringed at home - I've done it myself now!

Gone are the days when I felt there was someone to turn to about a health matter.
