"The Essential Ingredient Is Missing"

There are quite a few good things about this surgery.

It has easy access for disabled people like myself by way of a wheelchair ramp

It has good parking facilities courtesy of free parking for the in situ shopping parade

There is an excellent nurse and the admin staff/receptionist are adequate, if a tad unfriendly.

Sadly the essential ingredients ie the doctors are below par.They have no empathy for the disabled like myself. The consultations are rushed and your symptoms go unrecorded and unexplained. I always leave the surgery no wiser about my illnesses than when I went in. I have asked several times to be referred to a consultant but months later am still waiting. So bye bye Wayfield Doctors
