I attended an appointment today having been referred by my GP, with the possibility of it being skin cancer I was very impressed to get an appointment within 2 weeks.I was seen at the dermatology clinic at Hertford County Hospital, living close by this was extremely convenient; suiting me much better than having to travel to either QE2 or Lister hospital. I had a short wait, which I expected. I spoke first to the nurse who was excellent, caring and professional. The consultant I saw was also excellent, he gave my skin a thorough examination and talked through the treatment he recommended, which he performed then and there. I was treated really well by all NHS staff I came into contact with.
"Excellent service"
