"Unprofessional Service"

About: St. Lawrence Medical Practice

Saw a Senior Nurse Practitioner who acted in a most unprofessional manner.

My wife accompanied me and had to leave the room as she was shocked to see the "professional" reading from Google in relation to my symptoms.

We have never encountered such service before and is not what we would expect.

Virgin Care need to sort this surgery out as a high priority.

A queue of people waiting to speak to the receptionist, only one receptionist on duty, can't someone else come out from the back office and assist when they see a queue building up.

Also we were promised plenty of parking spaces when the surgery moved, that's now become a joke and people are having to park along the side of the entrance to the surgery.

That was obviously not very well thought out.
