"Fantastic Staff!"

I have had 3 blood tests over the last month and have to say that without a doubt they were the most relaxed, professional and comfortable blood tests I have ever had. I had the same nurse for all 3 and she was just fantastic! The nurse was well aware that I have a fear of needles and that having my blood taken was very scary experience for me. Despite my nerves she was calm, friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I sat down. She took the time to check I was ok and kept me distracted whilst she drew my blood.

I appreciate taking blood is probably a very minor thing but to me it is a huge experience! I can't thank the surgery enough for making my experience a good one!
