Not everyone has a bad experience of our local surgeries.
Got through after only 5 times of trying, in the queue for 5 minutes.
Answered by a polite telephonist and offered a telephone triage call with a GP of my choice. GP phoned within the time frame given, offered an appointment at Boreham that same afternoon.
Very thorough consultation, really felt that the GP listened to me.
The NHS is changing and our surgery and many others are trying to manage an ever increasing demand for services, although not perfect the team at both Sidney House and the Laurels are working incredibly hard in difficult circumstances.
