In a recent consultation I was very disappointed. I was kept waiting for such a long time. I kept asking admin staff if they could update me. And then when I got to meet the doctor he was very brash. He had not read any of my doctors notes. He kept get and taking phone calls through out my time with him which confused me as I was unable to properly tell him of my issues. Later I discovered he made a mistake for the date of my next appointment. Complaining to the CEO at this trust did not help.
Won’t be my first choice.
