(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was referred by our GP to Paediatric ENT, Princess Gate, Hamilton. 

We attended Mr Chins clinic in Princes Gate, Hamilton. All staff ( Receptionist, CSW, Jacqueline the Audiologist and Mr Chin) we encountered were friendly and professional. They had a fabulous rapport with my daughter.

Great service all round, a credit to the NHS.
