About: Derry Court Medical Practice

After moving to this Drs surgery from one where I use to live I have never felt so low. The care they give and attitude I have received is appalling. I am due a smear test and have been for the last 6 months, but because of the way they have treated me and my family I have been completely put off going.

The Drs surgery I was at before this was amazing and I never realized how lucky I was to have them.

I would avoid this medical practice if you can. I’ve been left crying on more than one occasion.

Apologises you feel this way about the practice. We are always open to negative and positive feedback. I urge you to contact the practice manager to discuss the above. Please book an appointment for your smear test as having a bad experience at your first contact does not mean your experience will be the same. The practice sends a number of texts to remind patients the importance of having a smear test.
