Referred by GP for rehabilation after Shoulder Surgery. The appointment was cancelled by Community Health and I was offered another appointment a week later. Apparently the physio cancelled the day and so all patients had to be informed. Another physio could not step in for the day.
Unfortunately, I have to go to another clinic and cannot transfer back to my local clinic.
I believe the management needs a review as this is a vital service and it would be easier to find a locum to step in than all the telephone and admin costs of cancelling appointments and not giving patients choice.
