"Outstanding Care. Best ever practice"

We joined this practice about a year ago after appalling care at our previous practice in Lancing. The Ball Tree Surgery as a whole provide a supreme service throughout..from doctors,nurses and a wonderful reception team. My husband has terminal cancer, tbeir comittment to his care, making sure he is regularly checked and has everything he needs is outstanding. Sometimes those little phonecalls to check how he is doing really mean the world to us. To know that even though we have not been in they are thinking about him and to ring and check all is ok. We have never had this from any other practice we have been too. The reception team are really wonderful. Having an appointment is never a problem. They are polite and professional and have at times been full of compassion through our tough times. To sum this practice up as a whole..i would highly recommend them to anyone and would say to the CQC...all practices should be based on this one. They are a fine example of exemplary care throughout.
