Recently moved to the area and unable to get appointments- had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment and then it was only a telephone appointment as that was all they had available.
On two occasions now my severely asthmatic child's prescription has been sent to our old pharmacy and there seems to be no apology for it bearing in mind i was assured this was not happen again after the first instance as having to drive an 80 mile round journey to collect it is unacceptable!
The receptionists are extremely rude and lack any compassion or understanding as they must follow the policies!! All this practice aims to do is to tick boxes, there is no caring or compassion at all which is a real shame as I am from a large town and there was more time given to patients, there was more compassion and understanding for their patients and their needs.
