What I liked

During the year I have had two total knee replacements at Mount Vernon Hospital.

I just want to say how impressed I have been with not only the consultant who was responsible for both very successful operations but every other member of staff that I came in contact with. They were all very helpful and pleasant to be with.

The cleanliness of Trinity Ward was first class as was the standard of food.

I couldn’t have had a higher standard if I had paid privately,
