I'm sorry you feel that it is difficult to get an appointment.

Appointments are in high demand but we offer a number of ways to book: in person, on the phone (where we have a queueing system which should eliminate you having to call 96 times) and on-line.

They are bookable in advance and on the day but would recommend you call at 8.00am when the phone lines open as they get booked very quickly.

I would be more than happy to investigate any incidents where you feel our staff were rude or our GP's did not provide the appropriate treatment.
