"poor reception and telephone service, can never..."

After 43 years at this practice I feel I have no other option but to find another practice, I dont visit the doctor on a regular basis but when I need to I can never get through to make an appointment. On my last attempt i was engaged for one and half days and when I finally got other than engaged tone was placed on hold in a queue for 30 minutes to the point I gave up, this really isnt acceptable as if it was an emergency then I would have been in a mess.

I rang another practice on windermere road who answered straight away and I will be registering with them now. The Doctors at woodside are wonderful but the reception staff leave a lot to be desired, I work in a very busy Dental surgery with 8 surgeries running every day and we do not keep our patients waiting to the point they are very frustrated by the time we answer.
