The treatment I receive at the complimentary therapy service in widening horizons is fantastic, I feel more able to cope with my illness and more positive about my life even though I know I still have a long way to go.
The only problem is the room, its so noisy, you can hear doors slamming as people arrive and leave the building and sometimes they talk loudly. This very often interupts the relaxation session and I think this holds back my recovery too.
I think the room really needs to be changed to another location in the building.
