About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I attended the cardiology department in February to have bloods taken 

I was met by nurse Julie M. in the ward as I was having a cardio version procedure

The next day and did not no what to expect I asked Julie if she could explain what was involved

She sat me down and explained all I needed to make me feel very much more relaxed.

Next day I had the procedure which went well with the help of Julie and Sharon I could not have asked for 2 more professional people to help.

I would just like to thank them very much. Keep up the good work ladies.

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience when you came up to the Cardiology Day Unit this month for some blood tests. I'm glad to hear that you were well looked after and that the team were able to provide you with some helpful information about your cardioversion procedure the next day. I will be sure to let Julie and Sharon know that you got in touch. If there's anything else you think we could be doing to make that procedure better for patients please let us know.
