About: Spire Wellesley Hospital

very disappointed urology running over an hour late- I hope there is some credit applied. People pay a lot of money for the supposed convenience if it turns out that it is no better than the nhs why the large fees?

The staff were polite but it is really not on.

Others were complaining too. this is the second time so its obviously a problem.

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced some problems with regard to the late running of the Urology clinic you attended.

It is important from a clinical perspective that all of our patients receive the time and attention they require to discuss their individual health issues with their Consultant, and on occasion, this may result in an unexpected delay to appointment times.

We do appreciate you taking the time to post your comments as listening to and acting on feedback is important to us, as we consider any complaint we receive as an opportunity to identify how we might improve our service.

We have passed your comments on to our outpatient and reception teams to help ensure in the event of any clinic delays we can keep patients informed as much as possible.
