I was referred by my optician following some changes to the sight in my left eye. My appointment was at 3.30pm but received attention at 3.20pm. I saw four people, including the consultant, within 45 minutes. This prompt attention was appreciated.
The consultant was thorough and took the time to explain his diagnosis with reference to the laser scans that had been done. He welcomed questions and was keen to discuss the prognosis and treatment options.
Overall, I was very happy with the treatment I received.
My only negative was the appointment was changed twice by the hospital.
"Excellent treatment"
