"Helping my relative to live independently"

About: Dirrans Centre (including rehab)

(as a relative),

My relative has just recently been diagnosed with a long term condition along with a few other health conditions.

Steven came to see my relative and myself this week and I cannot praise this gentleman highly enough, he took his time explaining everything and put my relative at ease which in itself was a big think as she suffers severe anxiety as well.  With his help we will hopefully help my relative live independently for as long as is possible.

There are many scare stories out there and yes I myself have had to go through a few departments but thanks to Steven’s visit on Monday and his assistance yet again today that all changed and I now know which department I need for what to get the things my relative needs, and those things have already started to happen today.

Dear quirrobe

Thanks for getting in touch to tell us about your experience with our services.

It's great to hear that Stephen spent time with you both and was able to put your relative at ease.

It can sometimes be disconcerting knowing which way to turn and what help is available -so it's great that Stephen could make sure you knew what services where out there and can help.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience

Kind regards
