Thank you for your feedback, the staff did make me aware of your situation yesterday.

If I can try and explain how we go about triaging travel forms. As you know we do ask patients to complete the form 6 weeks prior to travel which you kindly did and we received it on the 25th May and you are due to travel in August so that's brilliant.

We try to triage forms in order of when patients are traveling so yesterday the nurses finished off all the form for patients traveling in July.

As you might imagine with our practice population we have many patients traveling at this time of year so we hope by using this method we are fair to everyone and we manage to get everyone vaccinated in plenty of time for travel.

The staff tell me this morning that your form was triaged yesterday afternoon by the nurse and that you do now have an appointment for your vaccination.
