The Wybrews were a mighty act to follow and new doctors are usually compared unfavourably.They had years to get to know their patients.

I think it's unfair complaining about waiting times, some patients need more time and it puts everyone behind. I know the doctors work much longer hours to keep up with demand. Visit any outpatient clinic.

I rarely visit the GP, but when I had to recently, I felt listened to, understood, I felt compassion, I never felt rushed and my problem was dealt with promptly, thoroughly and I was involved throughout.

The callback system is a good idea and opening good hours have been extended for those that work.

I have been very impressed and am disappointed at some of the negative reviews.
