"Rude reception and telephonist!!!"

Every time myself or my partner phone the doctors we are treated like complete rubbish and spoken to with no respect by the reception! My partner phoned the other day with severe breathing problems and could hardly talk was trying to ask for an emergency appointment with the doctor and was laughed at by lady on the phoned and told to speak properly and then hung up on her, hours later my partner then ended up having to call 999 and was rushed to hospital put in resus AAU then on a ward for 3 days!! If this lady had been understanding and caring and just a bit more nice my partner may have been prevented from hospital at all!! Complete joke! The reaction and phone staff are completely rude we have now left the practice with our three kids! The doctors and nurses are brilliant but as for the front desk and phone staff ridiculous is an understatement!!
