About: Leicester General Hospital / Pain Management

I would highly recommend the pain management team who work so hard to provide care to so many.

Many of us have chronic pain and have been down the line of the traditional medications which basically turn you into a zombie.

The pain management team work with you to help you manage your pain and what works best for you rather than just giving you a load of tablets and saying 'get on with it'

I suffer with chronic pain and was in a vicious circle of pain, fatigue, depression which I thought would never end.

My quality of life was non existent as the pain and fatigue ruled my life.

With the help of the Doctors I am now starting to regain control of my life and although I still have pain it is manageable pain.

I hope this clinic will be able to continue to run for a long time as i know of many people it has helped.
