I deem myself extremely lucky to have a hospital like we have, I have multiple health problems so can go regularly,whether an inpatient or going to a clinic. the hospital staff take the time to explain what is happening to me or the actions I need to take.
similarly when I go to the Gp's I know I will be treated with respect by all the staff no matter what jobs they do.
