I gave the prescription for one children's medicine at the desk at 15:40. The ticket I got was saying 3 minutes wait. After 25 minutes, I asked the desk why the delay and the lady asked the number of the ticket and said she would let me know. She returned few minutes later and asked the ticket number again and the name and people inside the pharmacy started to look around to find the medicine and/or the prescription. 40 minutes had passed, people were coming and going with their medicines and I was still waiting with my son to be served. I asked again and a lady said that there was something wrong in the medicine, that they would talk with the doctor to confirm the medicine was right(?) and get back to me. After 15 minutes they inform me that another pharmacy was making it and it would come any minute. At 16:30 I had to pay another hour at the parking and my son lost his extracurricular activity!! At 16:45 I asked where the other pharmacy is so I go to get the medicine myself because the waiting time was now ridiculous and the explanation of what was happening very poor and confusing. A lady said that the medicine was with the doctor and waiting for the doctor to sent it back the last 20 minutes!! The doctor's office was no more than 2 minutes away!!! So disappointed with the way the dealt with this unfortunate situation. I got the medicine at 17:10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Ridiculous service at the hospital's pharmacy."
