Having registered almost a half hour before my appointment and waiting only 10 minutes,
I was called to have the first process of my treatment (dilation) and an eye scan approximately 25 minutes later.
An apology was made for my having had to wait for this length of time which surprised me as I thought good progress was being made.
After almost and hour in the waiting room I was called in to to see the Clinician and all was completed after another 15 minutes.
I found the staff to be extremely efficient and courteous, with the Clinician finally giving me a full description of my problem and providing me with an explanatory leaflet on my problem and also a breakdown of my visit.
As a very infrequent visitor to hospitals and initially anxious over my visit I came away fully relaxed and relieved at the whole experience. and I thank the staff in making my visit a pleasurable one.
"A very pleasing experience."
