About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore) / Trauma and orthopaedics

This hospital is highly let down by its orthotics department. It is absolutely unbelievable that in this day, it is completely impossible to reach them via phone. Why? Because they never pick their phone up. My friend has even phoned them 58 times in one day, and it rings and rings or says ‘user busy’. It’s like a big joke to the employees who sit there in the room, listening to it going off and doing nothing about it. Serious failings for the hospital, all down to this one department providing extremely poor service. The manager of this department needs serious words with their staff.
