Took my 4 year old with a “bead” in her ear. Didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes.
Nurse and HCA were really good and patient with my daughter as she was quite distressed, after having a few medical procedures recently. HCA went out of her way to make sure we avoided a trip to Derriford for now.
The unit was clean and welcoming and the staff were efficient.
