"Absolutely disgraceful"

About: Dr O S Singh & Partner

Called 111 times from 830 to 845 it was constantly engaged then when it rings it cuts you off. On the 111 call I was told sorry full up go to a walk in clinic. The issue here is I was told call 830 for an appointment. Knowing very well there will be no appointment for me.

4 days continually. Why do we pay NI if it’s totally impossible to see your gp.

Your surgery needs to tell you straight up “ don’t call, no appointments will be available in short get lost”.

I’m so upset.

You phone 999 you are told it’s not an emergency. You phone your gp it’s full up go to walk in . You go to walk in it’s full of people to the brim.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties getting an appointment at the practice to see a GP.

At the moment the Practice is going through a period of change due to the merger with Reach Healthcare.

We are experiencing a shortage of appointments and are currently reviewing on how we can improve this with more clinical staff availability.

Please accept our apologies during this transitional period and for any stress or inconvenience this may have caused you.
