I had occasion to visit the Minor Injuries Unit early evening on the 19th February 2018.
I was greeted by a calm and understanding receptionist who quickly made me feel at ease. Immediately I was greeted by a smiling medical professional who took me along to one of the rooms and I was greeted by a another medical professional where they listened to me describing my problem which concerned a large burn from an ice block which had blistered and I had no idea how to treat the burn.
I received first class attention and felt very at ease whilst medical help was administered I was then given after care advice and left the Minor Injuries Unit extremely satisfied with the attention I had received
Thank you to all concerned.
