"Receptionist think there qualified doctors"

About: Grange Medicare - Middleton Park

My husband had metal work put in his spine 3 weeks ago. He had a seven hour op on his back so not a small op. He ran out of tramadol today and was refused a proscription for the tablets by the receptionist, she told him that it would be done on Wednesday. He's been having withdrawal symptoms today because she thinks she is a qualified doctor that can decide who has tablets and when. Really angry about this he's been messed around with from the start I'm definitely taking this further it discusting.
