"My stay in the Brook Suite"

Owing to a bed shortage I was transferred into the Brook Suite while having an ablation procedure last week. I was made extremely comfortable from the time I arrived until discharge a few days later. The nursing care was sensitive and very professional and the observations of my condition were carried out relentlessly. The room was clean and well decorated with daily washing down and disinfecting. All staff were interested in my progress and comfort for which I am grateful. The absolute star of the suite was the lady who organized the meals and drinks for patients as she seemed to have a sixth sense about when I was bored or thirsty. The senior sisters were able to explain procedures to me when I had not heard or understood the doctors.

I thank them all wholeheartedly.
