I have always found all staff at the Glebe Family Practice wonderful. They always have a smile. I've never heard any one be rude or grumpy with a patient.
The admin staff have been so helpful & polite. Nothing seems to much trouble for them.I have even received a phone call back to give me a more suitable alternative appointment.
I can only find praise & respect for my doctor's care for me. She even chased up the local hospital to find out what had happened to me regarding an operation.
Not getting any satisfaction, she phoned me at home about my welfare as.she was so concerned.
The nurse I see monthly, has made every effort to make my visit as pain free as possible.
She always has time for a chat & advice for my welfare. I couldn't do without her.
The Glebe Family Practice has given me strength & determination to keep me cheerful with all my medical issues.
