Being admitted to hospital can be a difficult time. It is so important that as a team we do everything to make the experience as positive as possible. I am delighted that staff ensured that your well-being was the main priority from admission.

As a patient being admitted with possible stroke things often happen at ‘speed’. You have so much information being provided to you at the same time as having to have multiple investigations that it can feel overwhelming. Communication is key. I am delighted you found all staff caring and that the doctors ‘kept you up to speed’. Caring and compassionate staff are key for ensuring that you have all the information to support you in your recovery.

Our catering staff who are very much valued as part of the team will be pleased that you enjoyed the food.

Thanks very much for your lovely comments. I am glad the care you received has helped you in your recovery. Best wishes for your continued recovery.

Christine
