I have reason to visit the surgery quite often, with my Grandmother, daughter and myself - we use a wide range of services including Bloods, District nurses, Family Planning, Nurse Practitioner and GP - we have never been dissatisfied with the service we have received, although the waiting time in reception can sometimes be more than 30 minutes after your alloted waiting time.
"Excellent staff and service but appointments..."
