"This place is an absolute joke"

This surgery is an absolute joke. You are told to ring up at 8am for an appointment, no one answers the phone until all the appointments have gone, you are offered a telephone consultation around lunch time if you can get through. I unfortunately was so ill i missed the drs call and phoned up the drs surgery again and was told i was still on the list to be called, i waited until 4.30pm rang them again and was told to come in friday 7.30am to the walk in clinic which is 8.00am until 10.00am. Friday i was in so much pain i couldnt get up, ive had chronic pain for two and a half years no one seems to bothered to help , i was hit on the head. So i got to the drs at 8.30am ish and a rude over made up woman fobbed me off saying there was only one dr and i couldnt get seen in the walk in clinic!!! I was told to go to the walk in clinic at gillingham who also only have one doctor, what rubbish and lies!!!The woman was the practice manager rude and unhelpful. I waited three and a half hours to be given antibiotics and a steroid nose spray for sinusitis , no painkillers and im sick as a dog throwing up and the pain is still there.
