"Accident & Emergency - Over 6 hours queued in..."

Disgusting! Over 6 hours since I checked in my 73 year old mother on a head complaint...and still I sit here waiting for her to be called!

I know the NHS is in trouble, but you certainly don’t know by how much until you need help. Thankfully my first time in years!

Is this the worst hospital in the country? Surely The Royal at Leicester is just a rogue hospital in isolation!

Reception staff have obviously taken loads of flak over the months/years, because it shows with their attitude towards you!
