"Lovely staff at the Urology department"

Reception staff were very welcoming.

I was added as an extra so they struggled to find me on the system but a phone call soon put that right.

Consultant was lovely.

Spent time with me and went through what the op had involved.

Discussed fully what outcome was likely to be.

He took time to find out if op had lived up to expectations (it exceeded them).

Very pleased with the time spent with me.
