I attended the Eastwood Centre yesterday for a colonoscopy and was very anxious and dreading the procedure before attending.I am very pleased and relieved to say that the experience was made as pleasant as possible by the staff and I want to express my thanks to every single one of the team who looked after me before, during and after the procedure, their care, professional attitude and genuine concern for my well being was very much appreciated. I genuinely couldn’t fault anything at all about my visit. The centre is definitely a tremendous asset to the NHS and I am very glad that I was referred there for my procedure.
