To please pass on our sincere thanks and to say how professional staff were on the two occasions my husband was recently treated at Aintree Hospital.
Firstly to the physiotherapist he saw as an outpatient the end of January, we cannot speak highly enough of his professionallism and kindness, my husband felt completely at ease and reassured, the Physio recommended treatment of MRI scan & provided advice clearly. On the following Sunday of 11/02/18 my husband followed that advice and attended A&E when his symptoms became exacerbated, which lead to prompt treatment in A&E.
Secondly, sincere thanks to the A&E doctor and nurse that cared for him in A&E on 11/02/18. Completely efficient from booking in, triage and being seen by a lovely Dr. ( I can't remember his name, or the nurses name )
He was so good, informative and professional, following his thorough examination, my husband was promptly referred to Walton centre, giving him the best opportunity when he needed emergency surgery that night.
He is recovering well, and we both cannot thank all the staff enough, right down to the lovely courteous young gentleman who was a volunteer providing tea / coffee. Special thanks for the Physio follow up call on his return from leave. Exceptional staff and service. could you please pass on our gratitude.
