"Difficult to see a doctor, left without medication"

I tried for over a month to organise a repeat prescription. The reception staff were nice, but more appointments were cancelled than not, with both GPs and nurses/pathologists, I was left without medication and my GP made it painfully clear that my daily wellbeing was of little importance.

The whole experience was all incredibly stressful and I cannot recommend this surgery. I have moved to another practice where I am treated like a human being and am so much happier.
