On a cold wet night I brought my 87 year old elderly mother to A+E as she could not see this was very difficult for her as she also has Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. We were promptly seen and were very happy with all the staff that assisted us from the receptionist nurses and doctors. They were all very caring considerate and listened to her and I.
Both doctors were very thorough in examining her eyes they were very knowledgeable and provided necessary antibiotics and treatment. I want to say a Big Thank you to all the staff this made our visit so much easier when every one is helpful and knows their jobs well.
I would definitely recommend your hospital to others.
Keep up the good work I am so proud of our NHS and all the staff who work in it.
