What I liked

Every member of staff on 'Crownhill Ward' from the very top down.

What could be improved

The tv/phone units were disgraceful, on first move to another bed the ear phones had grey hairs sticking to them from a previous patient/s. On second move to cubicle A the unit was broken and again the earphones had one earpiece covered the other bare plastic. During the 2 weeks I was on the ward I never saw anyone clean or service any unit.

Anything else?

For people visiting me from Newquay with fuel, bridge fees and parking costs made any visit very expensive.
