Attended department last night early hours of this morning with my grandad after having a fall and head injury. Grandad is 83 and has dementia. Had inappropriate asumptions and comments made by staff. Rude and arrogant staff no manners. I work in another hospital A&E and we do not treat our patients and family the way we were last night! Not acceptable considering he nearly fell again due to being dizzy still from the head injury when been discharged witnessed by medical staff.
