"ent department"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

11 o'clock appointment, got seen at 12.30 pm.

The consultant/doctor I saw, spoke poor English and had a could not careless attitude. He was not at all helpful very aloof and I got the impression he wanted rid of me to reduce the queue of people waiting to be seen. The examination consisted of feeling my neck, looking in my ears and saying 'ar'

He did not explain anything to me and I had to do most of the talking telling him what medicine I was on and my symptoms - to which I got an indifferent response.

The nurse who I spoke to after the appointment was more helpful and seemed to actually know what she was doing.
