"Amazing staff and surgery"

I have been a patient here for many years and have been blessed with good health. However I am currently going through a period of mental ill health. I first mentioned this to the practice nurse during a health screening check. She suggested I see the mental health nurse who visits the surgery each week. The mental health nurse helped enormously and recommended steps I could put into place immediately to begin my journey of recovery.

The GP who first saw me gave me so much reassurance about what I was experiencing and dealt with me with great compassion. I felt he really understood what I was going through.

I needed a referral to a private psychotherapist and the admin staff expedited this quickly.

I cannot thank the team at Hawthorn enough for the care they have shown me and my family over the years. They have made the difficult time I am currently in easier to bear.
