"Refusal of treatment"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I had an appointment in 2015 to get my jaw aligned and braces to straighten my teeth, I was 18 at the time, I then waited months to get an appointment through but never did. They rang me in 2016 and told me they had discharged me from any treatment as I “didn’t turn up to any appointments” I rang them and told them I never received one but they refused to listen to me. I now have to put up with the pain in my jaw as they won’t treat me and I can’t afford to pay for private. Disgraceful
