"Hernia"

I have three hernias a hiatus hernia that is pushing on my diaphram a colonic hernia and a testicular hernia. I live in constant pain but I went for a sick note because I have given upwork ,Waited two weeks for an appointment even thou there is neveranybody in the waiting room. Could not not give me a sick note because they weren't the right doctor apparently. Useless
