"I feel sorry for the staff"

I have to say i have been with the surgery for a very long time. I am seeing a lot of abuse on here and would love to see them do the job these poor ladies have to do.

I have sat in the surgery a number of times and seen people kicking off when they can't get their medication because they leave it till the last minute. The phones are always ringing but how can people expect them to answer when they are already on the phone or dealing with another patient.

I have suffered a lot with metal health and since College Health took over they have really helped me get back on my feet. I have finally got a job and can't thank them enough.

The reason for only a 4 star is because i think they need more staff so they can answer the phones.

Thank you for taking the time to reflect your experience received at the Practice, yes our reception teams are open to a hard time sometimes but it’s an extremely rewarding place too.

Congratulations on your job it’s fantastic to hear a success story, please remember we are all here to help at any time you need. The phones in the surgery are always busy but we do have other administration teams in the back office to help with the high call volumes.
